Was visiting from Calif. Friends suggested the light show.
Simply Amazing !! Loved it very much.
Had just gone to one in Fontana, Calif a at Christmas time (it was bad).
If you havent been to this one, I strongley recommend it to all."
Very Family Friendly with Santa Village at end...
Bought tickets online for after New Years and no wait. They have you turn off headlights and turn on a radio station that plays Christmas music which is coordinated with the light show. You can stop on Holiday Blvd at the end where they have some light displays and vendors (funnel cakes, hot chocolate, some food). Fantastic! Would recommend but not week of Christmas as the traffic to get in was horrendous.
We thought it was pretty amazing! We got the tickets from Costco and then my husband got another on Groupon. We went on a Wednesday and after the new year and there was no line. We don’t have any small children but our 18 year old seemed to really enjoy it as did we! Well worth the money spent. Then we got a funnel cake afterwards!
We went right before Christmas, and it made for a nice evening! The light show was amazing and the synchronized music amazed us all! (For those commenting on the long line) Great way to teach your children good things come to those who wait! Job well done to everyone behind the scene.
It was so cool. We really enjoyed this. Thought Santa's Village would be larger, especially since they promoted shop, eat and play. Not much there. It's late in the season so I don't know maybe it is scaled back some. Only a couple choices in food booths, no shopping that I could see. Would still go again. We had tickets for 6:30 had no wait to get in. Probably because it was so late in the season.
Great light and sound show. Three lanes entrance with little or no waiting. One drives through without stopping. Avoids people who stop to take photos or videos which happened to us at another drive thru show. Music was varied and good. Lights were the new brighter ones and tons of them. I believe it took us about 22 minutes to drive through non-stop. Easy access getting back on the highway too. Loved it! Will go back next year.
My grandkids loved it! We went after Christmas and there wasn't to bad of a line at all. Only thing, bought tickets on Groupon and did not know there were black out days that we couldn't use in the fine print. I would never had thought black out days after Christmas on a weekday. But we paid the extra money and was worth it. Beautiful lights and was very surprised with the bouncers for the children afterwards. They truly loved it! We will definitely go next year!
A fun night! Great lights and music. We went on a weeknight and the line was not very long. Loved the music and light show followed by Pictures with Santa and kettle corn. Great family night!! Thank you!
Mistakenly bought 1030pm tickets for Christmas eve but emailed the company and got it changed to 930pm quickly and easily. We showed up at 9pm and waited in line for about 25 minutes before we were let through. Once inside we thought it was fantastic. My 3 yo was fascinated by the lights and music. We will definitely go back next year!
I loved it!! Was so beautiful and my family and I had a wonderful time! Just us girls went and had ourselves a girl-date. We only waited about half hour in line to get in but so worth it!!! We went December 23rd! I hope they have it again next time!
people talking about the wait time and disorganization IT WAS THEIR FIRST TIME give them credit!!! And they are making money for a children’s hospital!! It was great next year they shall have improvements and learn from this year! I think more songs would be good because they played the same 5 or 6 songs over and over we heard each song maybe 5 times during the drive thru and the wait and only 2 songs were REAL Christmas songs the rest were SO WEIRD.but overall AMAZING!
We didn't realize you could make a reservation online and go through a quicker lane, but even so, the cars moved through surprisingly fast. We paid at the entrance, used a coupon we received from the APS Parade a few weekends ago, and then suddenly our 6 month old needed a diaper change! The staff directed is to a side parking area and told us to take as much time as we needed. The lights were beautiful and the Blvd afterwards was super fun for the kids. The play area was $8 for unlimited bouncy house fun, my oldest daughter had a blast!
We loved it! We bought advance tickets for 5:30-6:30 last night. We got there about 6:20 and only had about 15 minutes in line. The did an amazing job with traffic flow too. We enjoyed it so much we'd like to go again.
Such a fun night, awesome light show and great way to help support PCH. We had an extra long wait due to it being the final night for Groupon's but came prepared with warm blankets and hot chocolate. The poor police officers and ticket takers were so nice even though it was cold outside and some people insisted on driving like idiots. Well worth the $ ( bought our tickets at Costco). Took longer than we thought but it was well worth it !
I took my family last night and it was beautiful. My family enjoyed it a lot. It was very crowded & the line was long. I did expect it to be since it's so close to Christmas and also being the rush hour it didn't help. The only rude people were the cars cutting the line. You always have people like that though. This was their first year doing it and I'm sure they will try to improve the wait time for next year.
We are visiting from Wisconsin and this was just so magical! Our 3 & 5 year old had such a blast, watching the lights, seeing Santa, jumping in the bouncy house & sliding down the slide! Thank you for such a fun experience for our family!
It was great I remember 5 years ago when it was on McDowell Rd and it was like 5 bucks a car but it took like 2 minutes to get threw it now it's 35 a car and is hella lot longer plus a open area withe concession stands and they got music for the lights it is worth the 35 bucks and hot Coco was bomb ASF lol it's worth it my 4 kids loved it definitely going again before closing on January. Gonna go earlier to get pics with Santa and Rudolf lol
Had a great time. Bought my ticket off of Groupon a month ago. Took the family on a Thursday night. Got there shortly after opening, best time to go, and waited about 15 minutes to get in. The lights and music were very nice. The play area at the end was a bit costly. We ate before coming but the kids wanted to go into the bounce houses. Which was a little overpriced but they got to play a long time. Hope to go again.
What a nice beginning of a new holiday tradition. Well organized. Staff were friendly and it was relaxing driving through the displays. The treat at the end was an opportunity to park your car and enjoy a small carnival area complete with sugary delights.
We enjoyed the Illumination Symphony Lights with our kids and grandkids very much. It was very beautifully decorated and synchronized to Christmas music. The event was well worth the money and time we spent as a family having fun together and getting in the holiday spirit!!
My family and I went last night and had a great time, the kids loved all the lights. We went on a Tuesday at about 7 and we waited 10 minutes at the most! Would definitely recommend this for kids and adults!
This was incredible!!! Mesmerizing! My children were enchanted! It was such a great thing to share as a family and I'm so thankful they do this for the community and donate to Phoenix Children's Hospital.
Our 18month old thought this was magical and the music programmed along with it made it so much better.
We went on a weekday and so we only waited 5 min before we were able to get in. Such a fun experience and the after part is cute—kids can play games, meet Santa, and eat. The only thing missing was a vendor with coffee because my husband doesn’t like cocoa
The lights were amazing. The music was great and the kids loved it. Next year I'd like to see a bigger outdoor walking area with more vendors and things to do. Also being it's a share space no smoking signs please! Also, the line to get in needs better organization. I had pre paid for tickets and was suposed to be directed to the VIP line and let in but was directed to the main line. Good thing I did because procedure wasn't followed on that line as my brother was directed that way and waited even longer. They are suposed to exhaust that line before letting pay-at- event people in. Either way it was at least an hour wait from the exit of the highway to the entrance of the event. It was a nice 30 minute drive through though. Well worth it and I will be a returning customer!
It was so amazing, my family loved it. I think you guys should do package deals because the food, bounce houses, and other things were too pricey especially when you have a big family. But the lights were just beautiful.
We went on a Weds night and loved it! The lights are beautiful. Very organized, I can't believe this is the first year for this. I think even when it's more crowded, the way it's laid out it wouldn't be a problem.
We had 6 adults so the Holiday Boulevard at the end wasn't too exciting for us but it has lots of stuff for kids to do. That might part might be crowded on a weekend night. It was nice to be able to hang out together afterwards though.
Love that they charge per carload and not per person. Will go again.
Well worth it!!!!
I was there 3 nights in a row with a bus full for our customer appreciation party. The staff was incredible to work with and we really enjoyed the light show. They went above and beyond to accommodate our bus size and even made sure we had a boom box to hear the music inside the bus as the radio wasn't working correctly. I will definitely be doing it again next year to treat our customers. It was a great way to spend time enjoying the holiday spirit and I really appreciate the top notch service we received. Great time had by all. Thank you Illumination AZ.
My family enjoyed this very much! So fun to sit in the comfort of your own car, listen to Christmas music and look at all the amazing lights that go to the music station! Very organized and well done! We got hot cocoa & coffee to have for the drive which was fun for the kids too! I highly recommend!
It was not as long as I would of liked, but, it was still beautiful and fun. My son loved it and loved how the lights synchronized with the Christmas music. After, you can park and see Santa and play on the bouncy houses. I would definitely go again.
Amazing! My son and I saw this on the way home from the Suns game, so we stopped and so glad we did. We loved how the music was synchronized with the lights. The staff was very friendly. We didn't get to enjoy the activity part cause it was late, but we will be back to bring the rest of the family.
This was such an awesome experience. The lights were soooo pretty and so creative. The atmosphere was everything you’d expect it to be for the upcoming holidays and the staff was incredibly nice (shoutout to Zander and Stella! ) I just moved to AZ a few weeks ago from CA and was trying to find an event with a crap ton of lights to look at because we have a few places like this back home and this definitely satisfied my Christmas light itch. The playlist for the music was perfect and the lights were playing with the beat of the music the whole time. I really couldn’t recommend this place more to people of all ages. Really puts you in the Christmas spirit and I look forward to going back again! The whole thing was about a 15-20 min ride and they had lots of cute and fun light structures. 20/10 would go again!
I have to say I was skeptical, and I almost talked the wife into not going. Well like most other times she won, and convinced me to go. We went and it was pretty cool, the staff was friendly and even wished us a Merry Christmas (refreshing and great to hear as I am sick of having to say happy holidays) anyway I digress... we enjoyed it and will go back next year. Merry Christmas everyone!
It was amazing and beautiful! Everyone was friendly! Food was good! The jump area was so clean! I loved how that was set up and organized. I loved how the music was synced to the lights. I hope to see you all back again! Thanks for a wonderful evening with my family and making more beautiful memories!
The cost isnt that much. Took a van of 8 ppl and it was less then 4 bucks a person ive spent much more on driving around town looking for Christmas lights and never saw anything as awesome as this place
We packed two families into one car. I'd say that made the cost worth it. The music was a very enjoyable playlist and I was so impressed with the way the lights were synced with the music. My 1 and a half year old daughter was mesmerized and kept saying "wow!" Would absolutely recommend, although it's maybe only worth it if you split the cost with others and pack your car full.
Festive Family Fun! We piled 13 of us in my brothers truck and had a wonderful evening enjoying the colorful lights! We prepaid in advance which saved time. The lines to get in weren’t nearly as bad as others have reported (30 min at most) We thought waiting in the line was all part of the build up of excitement so we didn’t mind at all. It was cool having the area to take pictures with the giant snow man and ornament, Santa, have a bite to eat and even play the life size connect four afterwards! We have one more ticket and will return once again later this month!
This was fantastic! My kids are hard to please and they thought the lights and the music were amazing! Great way to get into the holiday spirit in the desert! Food was delicious and we couldn't get the kids out of the bounce houses! Highly recommend!
