Ticket Purchase Agreement

Your purchase of ticket(s) to the event specified in your order (the “Event”) through this online service is subject to the following terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) between you (the “Customer”) and World of Illumination, a company with its principal office at 4625 South 32nd Street, Phoenix, AZ, 85040 (“World of Illumination”). Once your order is confirmed and your payment completed, you will receive a confirmation page and/or email with the tickets with a QR or barcode (“Order Confirmation”).

Purchase
Customer agrees to purchase, and World of Illumination agrees to sell, the ticket(s) detailed in your order. Customer agrees to pay the full price of the ticket(s) ordered, including any applicable taxes, facility fees, service fees, and any other costs as described in the Order Confirmation.

Delivery
Ticket(s) purchased through this website will be sent to the e-mail address you provide(d) during the purchase process. You must print the e-ticket(s) or load them on an electronic device and present them in a form that can be scanned before entering the Event.

No Refunds or Exchanges
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this Agreement: (a) you cannot cancel this Agreement; (b) no refunds, exchanges, transfers, or credits will be provided after the Order Confirmation has been issued. Due to the nature of the Event, changes to the Event, including available dates, may occur. World of Illumination does not guarantee entry at the exact time of your pre-selected arrival window; changes to your arrival window will not constitute grounds for a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Your designated time slot indicates your requested arrival window for the event and not your actual entry time. This system helps us manage traffic flow efficiently, reducing wait times and ensuring a smoother experience for everyone. Please note, while your arrival window helps regulate traffic and does not guarantee immediate entry, particularly during peak days and hours when longer wait times may occur.

Presale Voucher Sales

Presale purchases are not refundable and provide purchasers with access to a redeemable voucher to the Event.  Vouchers must be redeemed prior to arrival to the Event by visiting World of Illumination’s website and selecting an available Event date and time. Vouchers remain redeemable only for the season in which they were purchased. Vouchers that are not redeemed will not be refunded and are not transferable to another operating season. Presale vouchers may be gifted to others for redemption. Presale vouchers cannot be resold; in the event of unauthorized resale, such vouchers may be canceled and rendered irredeemable. Season Pass Sales

Season passes are issued exclusively to a designated vehicle and driver and are intended to facilitate up to one single daily entry at World of Illumination parks. Each time the season pass is used, the make, model, color, and license plate number of the vehicle, as well as the driver's license information, will be verified to ensure consistency with the season pass records. It is the responsibility of the passholder to ensure that all required information is readily available at the time of entry. No exceptions or deviations will be permitted at the gate, and failure to present the necessary documentation may result in denial of entry without recourse.

Season passes are strictly non-transferable and may not be used by any vehicle or driver other than those originally registered. Season passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, assigned, or applied to any other passholder, operating season, or operating location. Season passholders acknowledge and agree that the season pass is valid only for the specific time period designated at the time of purchase, and no credit or compensation will be provided for unused or forfeited passes. Use of a season pass for any commercial or revenue-generating purpose will immediately invalidate the pass and render it irredeemable.

Postponed & Closed Event
World of Illumination may, at its sole discretion, postpone the Event without notice due to reasons deemed necessary for guest safety. If an Event is closed for safety reasons, other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent World of Illumination from conducting the Event, or other reasons deemed necessary by World of Illumination, ticketed guests who were unable to experience the Event will be notified and rescheduled within future available Event Dates.

Canceled Event Date
World of Illumination may, at its sole discretion, cancel the Event, meaning no future Event will be available. If an Event, or the Event in its entirety, is canceled for safety reasons, other unforeseeable circumstances that prevent World of Illumination from conducting the Event, or other reasons deemed necessary by World of Illumination, ticketed guests who were unable to experience the Event will be notified and issued a refund.

Right to Refuse Entry and Cancel Tickets
World of Illumination has the right to refuse entry or to eject any ticket holder, without any refund or compensation, for any behavior that World of Illumination or its contractors or agents consider disorderly, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, including without limitation intoxication, offensive language, risky behavior including but not limited to unsafe driving practices, or for any breach of World of Illumination's rules or any terms or conditions of this Agreement. World of Illumination has the right to request your photo ID and to search you or your belongings at entry to the Event or at any time while you are on the site of the Event, and any prohibited item will be confiscated.

Ticket Sharing
Customers are responsible for securing their ticket(s). Customers who choose to share their ticket information with any other person are responsible for such sharing, whether through sharing tools provided by World of Illumination on its website or through any other means. In the event that Customer shares its ticket(s) with a third party and that third party redeems the ticket(s) for admission to the Event, there will be no refunds provided to the Customer based on willful dissemination of any ticket information and admission access. World of Illumination is also not responsible for Customer’s dissemination of any ticket information that it failed to secure, and no refunds will be issued for ticket redemption against the will of the Customer.

Recording
All cameras, sound recorders, and video recorders (including via cellular devices) and their use are strictly forbidden on the site of the Event, except for the purposes of personal memory documentation. You agree not to transmit or aid in the transmission of any description, account, picture, video, audio, or other form of medium for the purposes of reproducing the Event, or any other commercial purpose. You hereby grant World of Illumination the right to use your image, likeness, actions, and statements in any transmission, publication, or reproduction of the Event, in any means or circumstances, without any further authorization or compensation.

No Resale
Any resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The ticket(s) may not be used for any advertising and/or promotional purposes (including contests and sweepstakes) without the prior written authorization of World of Illumination. World of Illumination reserves the right to cancel the license granted under the tickets in connection with any fraudulent sale of such tickets or breach of such restriction, without any refund or other compensation.

Prohibited Items and Conduct
Event venues owned and operated by third parties may be subject to separate terms and conditions. All Customers must comply with any and all policies found on the Event venues’ website(s) and/or posted at the Event site(s). Guests are not permitted to enter the Event in possession of prohibited items as may be outlined in the policies of World of Illumination and/or the venue.

Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue
Customer hereby waives, releases, discharges, and covenants not to sue World of Illumination and any related entities from claims or liabilities arising from the Event to the full extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability
World of Illumination shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of its website, ticket purchases, or Event attendance.

Indemnity
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless World of Illumination and its related parties from claims or liabilities arising from any interaction with World of Illumination and/or Event attendance.

Assignment
This Agreement is binding upon the Customer's heirs and assigns. World of Illumination may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time.

Severability
The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement will not affect the validity of any other provisions, which will remain enforceable to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Customer irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arizona for any proceeding related to this Agreement.
